OPEN HOUSE IN VALLEY CHASE

There are going to be a group of us putting on an OPEN HOUSE in Valley Chase on Sunday November 16, 2008 from 11-5. If you do not know how to get to the subdivision then let me tell you... Drive down Shellfield Road from Lowes and turn right on Hickory Bend and then turn Left on Windsor Way and then Right on Valley Stream down on your right you will see the entrance to the subdivision. We will have a tent with some goodies and hot beverages for you to enjoy.. of course we can take you in our homes for sale or any of the homes that are for sale there. These homes are either garden homes (1450-1600) sq ft or a bit larger on the outer edge of the subdivisions street. There are so many builders building in this subdivision that you are SURE to find something that suits your needs.. There are some that are done being built, half way to being done or just beginning. There are people already living there so you will have neighbors and always houses closing so new people moving in all the time.. For more information please call me and I will help you. WE WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The chili cook off was the 1st of Nov and we won First place in People Choice!! It was a lot of fun..thank you for coming to our table and trying our wonderful chili SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!

NOV almost here .. and here I am again..

I am glad to be posting again.. Enterprise Alabama has been a busy place to be.. We had our ARPAC party last night and Becky Hancock Realty was sure representing at the party.. there were alot of folks there that were dressed up really cool!! Even Realtors from Dothan came to the party. Becky Hancock had an awesome cake made and donated it for the silent auction. 2008!!!!!!!!

wow 2008 is here....
what happened... nov was the last posting...
what has happened... well we were in the parade in town Enterprise AL that is!! We had a busy holiday season. Sold a few houses and helped a few get into rentals. Traveled...went to Louisville KY that was a good family trip. The office was given a bonus for selling a certain amount of sides.. so I took my family on a trip to Ky to see some really good friends that we knew from Alaska!! My family puts up with alot having to do with my job so I thought that would be a great trip!! Now the new year is here and we are going to have a great year!! keep watch and you will see things happen around here... do not forget to go check out our website for new listings on houses and land in Enterprise or Ozark or Daleville Alabama
